Position: Interactive Media Instructor, Mechanicsburg Exempted Village Schools
Preferred Requirements: Effective organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement program options, auxiliary services, and curricular materials that support the diverse learning needs of students. Experience with Information Technology in the multi-media arena. Experience working with career technical student organizations. A Valid Ohio Career- Technical Teaching Certificate or License for Business Education/Information Technology or high school diploma and at least five years of work experience in the teaching area, three of which must be recent.
Responsibilities: Provide classroom and laboratory instruction to students for
employment or further education in the Information Technology
industry. Evaluate student performance, work cooperatively with
parents, school personnel, and the business community to maintain
a program which meets Ohio Department of Education and industry
standards. Advisor for Business Professionals of America chapter, a
Career Tech Student Organization.
